PR뉴스와이어에 따르면 나스닥 상장 비트코인 채굴업체 클린스파크(CleanSpark)가 5.5억 달러 규모 전환사채를 발행한다고 밝혔다. 수익금 중 최대 1억 2500만달러는 자사주 매입에 사용되며 나머지는 기존 부채 상환에 사용될 예정이다.
