언폴디드 X 계정에 따르면 FTX가 오는 2025년 1월 3일(현지시간) 챕터11 파산보호(기업회생) 재조정 계획이 발효된다고 발표했다. 해당 일자로부터 60일 이내 초기 분배가 이뤄질 것으로 예상된다.
