금융위, ‘가상자산 시세조종’ 혐의자 첫 검찰 고발

파이낸셜뉴스에 따르면 금융위원회·금융감독원은 16일 가상자산시장 불공정거래(시세조종) 혐의자 A씨를 검찰에 고발했다고 밝혔다. A씨는 특정 가상자산을 상당 규모 매수해놓고 단시간에 반복적으로 주문을 제출해 가격과 거래량을 상승시킨 혐의를 받는다. 금융당국은 이 같은 거래를 통해 A씨가 약 한 달간 수억원 규모(잠정치)의 부당이득을 본 것으로 파악했다.
