바이낸스 전 최고경영자(CEO) 자오창펑이 X를 통해 "유럽연합(EU)에는 BTC가 필요하다"고 포스트했다. 앞서 크리스틴 라가르드 유럽중앙은행(ECB) 총재는 "어떠한 회원국에서도 BTC를 준비자산으로 도입하지 않을 거라 확신한다"고 말한 바 있다.
