솔라나(SOL) 리스테이킹 프로토콜 솔레이어(LAYER) 공도 설립자 차오판쇼우(Chaofan Shou)가 자신의 X(구 트위터)를 통해 내부자 거래 의혹을 받고 있는 아르헨티나 대통령 하비에르 밀레이(Javier Milei)의 밈코인 LIBRA 내부자들의 신상 정보를 공개했다. 그는 LIBRA 프로젝트의 주요 팀 멤버 5명의 사진과 이름을 공개했으며, 그중 LIBRA 팀의 글로벌 세일즈 총괄 리사 저우(Lisa Zhou)의 전화번호, 소재지 등을 폭로했다. 앞서 그는 "나와 내 동료는 LIBRA 토큰에 투자했지만 200만 달러를 러그(먹튀) 당했다. 두 명의 해커가 한가한 주말을 맞이하면 어떤 일이 생기는지 알려주겠다"고 말한 바 있다.
