파이낸스피드에 따르면, 러시아 국가정보정책위원회 부위원장 안톤 고렐킨(Anton Gorelkin)이 "서구권 제재가 러시아의 암호화폐 접근을 완전히 차단할 수는 없을 것이다. 디지털 자산은 제재를 회피할 수 있는 핵심 도구로 남을 것이지만 테더(USDT)는 더 이상 신뢰할 수 있는 옵션은 아니다"라고 말했다.
