한국경제에 따르면 금융당국이 특정금융정보법(특금법)에 따른 가상자산사업자(VASP) 신고 없이 국내에서 불법으로 영업 중인 해외 거래소에 대해 제재에 착수한다. 제재 수단으로는 사이트 접속 차단 조치가 유력하게 검토되고 있는 것으로 알려졌다. 제재 대상은 ▲비트멕스(BitMEX) ▲쿠코인(KuCoin) ▲코인W(CoinW) ▲비트유닉스(Bitunix) ▲KCEX 등이다.
