코인베이스, 크라켄, 크립토닷컴 등 30곳이 넘는 암호화폐 기업과 재단이 미국 의회에 송금업체 규정에 대한 규제, 집행 문제를 명확히 해달라고 요구했다. 디크립트에 따르면 디파이 에듀케이션 펀드(DeFi Education Fund)는 이 같은 내용이 담긴 서한을 하원 금융서비스위원회 등에 전달했다. DEF는 서한에서 토네이도캐시 법무부 피소 사태를 언급하기도 했다.
