미 증권거래위원회(SEC)가 크라켄, 컨센시스, 컴벌랜드에 대한 소송 취하를 공식 발표했다고 크립토인아메리카 진행자 엘리노어 테렛이 전했다. 앞서 SEC는 크라켄을 미등록 거래소 운영 혐의로, 컴벌랜드와 컨센시스를 미등록 증권 딜러 혐의로 기소했으나 최근 소송을 취하했다고 외신이 보도한 바 있다.
