2023년 델리오 입출금 중단 사태로 큰 피해를 입은 40대 남성 A씨가 정상호 델리오 대표의 집에 찾아가 폭행한 혐의(주거침입, 폭행)로 벌금 150만원 처분을 받았다고 디지털애셋이 단독 보도했다. 아직 법원 결정 전이라 벌금이 확정된 건 아니다. A씨는 델리오에 87BTC(약 109억원), 190ETH(약 5억원) 등을 맡긴 최대 채권자로 알려져 있다.
