미국 하원 금융서비스위원회 디지털자산 소위원회가 크립토 시장 구조 법안(Crypto Market-Structure Legislation)의 아이디어를 공유 및 논의하기 위한 청문회를 9일(현지시간) 진행했다. 코인데스크에 따르면 이날 하원 금융서비스위원회 디지털자산 소위원회 위원장 브라이언 스테일(Bryan Steil)은 청문회에 참석, "스테이블코인 법안은 트럼프 대통령의 첫번째 목표 중 하나로, 현재 순조롭게 진행되고 있다"며 "암호화폐 시장 구조 법안은 트럼프 암호화폐 정책의 후반부에 해당되는 것으로, 완전히 규제되는 미국 암호화폐 시장을 위한 법안"이라고 설명했다. 또한 하원 금융서비스위원회 위원장 프렌치 힐은 “위원회는 정부기관부터 업계 리더까지 다양한 이해관계자들과 협력해 시장 구조 법률을 더욱 정교하고 강화하기 위해 노력하고 있다. 이들의 의견을 반영한 입법 논의 초안을 발표할 것"이라고 말했다.
