벅스코인(BGSC)의 대표 생태계 플랫폼 ‘개미톡’이 한국 법인을 공식 청산하고 사업 거점을 싱가포르 법인 앤트톡 글로벌(ANTTALK GLOBAL PTE. LTD)로 이전한다고 발표했다. 이와 관련 벅스코인 파운더 인범은 “대한민국의 암호화폐 규제 환경은 여전히 불확실하다. 보수적인 정책 기조와 STO 관련 가이드라인의 부재는 생태계 확장에 심각한 장애물로 작용하고 있다. 이에 따라 한국 내 모든 사업을 정리하고 규제가 명확한 싱가포르에서 글로벌 생태계 확장에 집중할 것”이라고 밝혔다. 이어 “기존 투자자들이 우려했던 가장 큰 리스크 중 하나가 바로 한국에서의 사업 운영이었지만 이번 결정으로 모든 리스크 요소가 해소되었다”고 강조했다.
