솔라나 정책 연구소(Solana Policy Institute) 등이 미국 증권거래위원회(SEC) 암호화폐 태스크포스팀에 서한을 발송, 주식 증권(Equity Securities)을 블록체인에 적용하는 새로운 프레임워크를 제안했다. 더블록에 따르면 솔라나 정책 연구소와 슈퍼스테이트(Superstate), 로웬스타인 샌들러(Lowenstein Sandler), 오르카 크리에이티브(Orca Creative) 등은 TF에 프로젝트 오픈(Project Open)을 제안했다. 이는 솔라나 등 블록체인에 주식을 등록하는 것을 목표로 한다. 이들은 이를 통해 투명성 향상, 실시간 결제, 비용 절감 등 효과를 낼 수 있으며, 이는 미국 금융시장에도 도움이 될 것이라고 설명했다.
