미국 나스닥에 상장된 스프트웨어 개발사 넥스트테크놀로지(Next Technology Holding)가 1분기 BTC 보유량을 크게 늘린 사실이 공개되면서 9일(현지시간) 주가가 600% 이상 급등했다. 이날 넥스트테크놀로지는 1분기 기준 약 5,833 BTC를 보유 중이라고 밝혔다. 이는 지난해 말 833 BTC에서 대폭 늘어난 것이다. 넥스트테크놀로지는 3월 주식 및 워런트 발행을 통해 조달한 자금으로 암호화폐를 대량 매수했다고 설명했다.
