PANews reported on October 16 that according to monitoring by on-chain analyst Yu Jin, after clearing out their positions at an average price of $4,458 at the beginning of the month, "whales/institutions that have made a profit of $93.74 million through the ETH band" have started buying ETH through OTC again today: they transferred 39.87 million USDC to Wintermute 8 hours ago, and then withdrew 10,000 ETH at a purchase price of $3,987.
