PANews reported on February 4 that Sunil, a representative of FTX creditors, disclosed on X that FTX plans to start debt repayment at 10 a.m. Eastern Time on February 18, 2025. The repayment will give priority to creditors with claims of less than $50,000.

It is reported that the repayment amount will include 100% of the adjudicated claim amount (capped at US$50,000), and 9.0% annual interest will be provided as additional compensation from November 11, 2022 to the initial distribution date.
