Interpol issues red warrant for Hex founder Richard Heart

PANews reported on December 22 that according to The Block, Interpol issued a red warrant on behalf of Finland to Hex and PulseChain founder Richard Heart, accusing him of serious tax evasion and assault. A red warrant is a formal warning to Interpol member countries, informing the country that a valid national arrest warrant has been issued for a certain person. If the wanted person is detained in another country, the warrant usually triggers extradition procedures.
