PANews reported on January 26 that, according to Eleanor Terrett, the U.S. Senate Agriculture, Nutrition, and Forestry Committee has rescheduled its review of the Crypto Markets Structure Act for Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. (local time) in Conference Room 328A of the Russell Building in the Capitol. This committee oversees the CFTC.
The U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee will consider the Crypto Market Structure Act on January 29.
