Supported by the Ethereum Foundation's Ethereum Everywhere team and jointly operated by SNZ and EHTAO , Asia's first offline Ethereum community hub—the Hong Kong Ethereum Community Hub —will officially open during the Hong Kong Web3 Carnival this April. As a prelude to the opening, the Hub will host its first official offline gathering on January 24, 2026, from 2 PM to 6 PM, providing a dedicated platform for local Ethereum industry builders and technology enthusiasts to engage in in-depth exchanges and connect with resources.

This event, marking the Hong Kong Ethereum Community Hub's debut, brought together Adrian Li, Head of Ecosystem Development for Asia at the Ethereum Foundation, Mo Jalil, Head of Institutional Privacy for Asia Pacific at the Ethereum Foundation, and representatives from leading projects across key Ethereum sectors globally. Focusing on three cutting-edge topics—privacy compliance, on-chain institutional assets, and DeFi and Layer 2—the event featured key projects and institutions such as Chainlink, HashKey Group, Yunfeng Financial Group, ChinaAMC, Brevis, Asseto, Spark, Taiko, and Morpho. The aim was to establish a high-level professional exchange platform to explore new directions for the future development of the Ethereum ecosystem and unlock the secrets of industry innovation.
This gathering aims to create a high-concentration platform for the exchange of ideas and resource networking, providing every participant with a valuable opportunity to interact face-to-face with core members of the foundation, founders of leading projects, and experienced builders. With the official launch of the Hong Kong Ethereum Community Hub, Hong Kong's hub status in the Asia-Pacific Web3 field will be further solidified, injecting new momentum into the innovative development of the global Ethereum ecosystem.
