PANews reported on January 16 that according to the latest survey by CryptoQuant, crypto users are mainly young, experienced and well-educated, with 60% of users aged 25-44 and 62% having more than 3 years of industry experience. Investment is mainly by retail investors, and most of them invest less than $10,000 per year. Binance ranks first in the world with 53% preferred usage rate and 48% asset holding rate, while Coinbase leads in North America. Bitcoin, Ethereum and Layer 2 projects are still the main investment focus, and the combination of AI and blockchain has triggered new interest. 76% of users prefer spot trading, while only 28% use "Earn" products, reflecting the growth potential of this field. Full-time traders prefer Bybit, Binance, OKX and Bitget (more than 30% of users are full-time traders), while Coinbase, Crypto.com and Kraken attract more than 80% of part-time traders. The survey also shows that independent research (DYOR) is the main basis for users' investment decisions.
