PANews reported on August 20th that according to Bitcoin Laws, Arkansas Congressman David Schweikert has introduced a new bill that would allow the president to issue letters of marquee, authorizing individuals and companies to arrest cryptocurrency scammers outside the United States. The proposal aims to strengthen the crackdown on cryptocurrency theft and protect industry interests.
