PANews reported on October 30th that, according to on-chain analyst Ember, a whale transferred 10,000 ETH (worth $39.11 million) to Binance 15 minutes ago. This 10,000 ETH was withdrawn from OKX two months ago, at which time it was worth $46.63 million. This means a loss of $7.52 million.
