Gate Charity held a "Fashion for Impact" workshop in Benin, attracting over 100 young people and awarding 10 full scholarships.

PANews reported on July 31st that Gate Charity, in collaboration with local fashion professionals, successfully held its "Fashion for Impact" fashion communication workshop at J. Reside in Cotonou, Benin, on July 26, 2025. The event attracted over 100 participants, including young designers aspiring to pursue a career in the fashion industry and youth from disadvantaged backgrounds. Through expert-led sessions, hands-on demonstrations, and industry experience sharing, participants gained a deep understanding of the core knowledge and development opportunities of fashion design and tailoring.

As part of its charitable commitment, Gate Charity awarded full scholarships to 10 disadvantaged youth to support their enrollment in professionally accredited fashion training programs. This initiative not only opens new career paths for them but also demonstrates Gate Charity's unwavering commitment to empowering young people through creative education and vocational training.
