PANews reported on March 13 that the developers of the AI cryptocurrency companion Bankrbot announced that they had adjusted the system to stop responding to commands from Elon Musk's AI model Grok. Previously, Grok's suggestions had led to the creation of 17 tokens, the most famous of which was the DRB token, which had a market value of more than $30 million.

The incident started in early March when a user on the X platform asked Grok to suggest a token name for Bankrbot. Grok recommended "DebtReliefBot" (DRB), and then Bankrbot's automatic tools automatically completed the token deployment and liquidity pool settings on the Base blockchain. Since then, many users have used Grok's recommendation function to quickly create more than 16 new tokens in an attempt to take advantage of the popularity of "Grok". Transactions of these tokens will incur certain fees, of which 0.25% will go to the relevant wallets as creator income. According to on-chain data, wallets associated with Grok have earned more than $500,000 through these token transactions, and are expected to exceed $1 million soon.

However, due to concerns that Grok could not properly manage the funds, the founder of Bankrbot decided to cut off the interaction with Grok, saying that "Grok is not designed to manage wallets and funds." This adjustment will prevent Grok from continuing to create more tokens through Bankrbot.
