PANews reported on June 12 that according to NBC News, US Senator Cynthia Lummis proposed the Responsible Innovation and Safe Professions Act, which intends to provide civil lawsuit immunity protection for AI developers who provide public model information in the fields of medicine, law, finance, etc. If professionals use AI knowingly, they will still bear the responsibility themselves. The bill aims to clarify the boundaries of AI responsibility, encourage transparency and innovation, and prevent developers from being exempted from abuse or negligence.
