PANews reported on June 2 that Elon Musk announced that X platform will launch a new private communication function XChat, which supports end-to-end encryption, self-destructing messages, arbitrary file transfers, and audio and video calls without a mobile phone number. This function is developed based on the Rust language and uses an encryption architecture similar to Bitcoin.
