PANews reported on December 5 that HashKey Group issued an official statement on Mr. Livio Weng's appointment: "Mr. Livio Weng, COO of HashKey Group and CEO of HashKeyExchange, formally submitted his resignation application to the company a few months ago due to personal family reasons. After full communication with Mr. Livio Weng, we have jointly developed a complete transition plan and personnel arrangement plan. Mr. Livio Weng will continue to perform his duties until the end of this year to assist in completing all handover work. In accordance with relevant requirements, the company has informed the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) in advance of Mr. Livio's resignation application and completed the replacement of relevant personnel of the exchange."
