PANews 4月3日消息，Arbitrum在官方推特就治理争议作出回应。Arbitrum表示，去中心化治理正按照原本计划进行。DAO的推出产生了一个“先有鸡还是先有蛋”的问题，很多决定必须在DAO正式启动之前做出。AIP-1提案的目标是让社区参与初始决策，最终让代币持有者通过DAO投票批准初始决策和框架。Arbitrum还澄清，基金会没有出售5000万枚ARB代币。其中4000万枚代币已借给一个成熟的金融市场参与者，剩下的1000万代币则被兑换成法定货币并用于支付运营成本。据此前消息，Arbitrum基金会在其治理社区“批准”该组织近10亿美元的预算之前就开始出售ARB代币以换取稳定币，引发社区争议。
