PANews reported on November 23 that according to Crowdfund Insider, Crypto.com acquired Charterprime Ltd., a global financial trading and brokerage services company that holds an investment dealer license and a global business license issued by the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. Crypto.com CEO Kris Marszalek said the acquisition is the latest step in its roadmap to "integrate traditional financial and crypto tools into a simple application with rewards."
