Netflix reality show lets Twitch streamers compete for 1 Bitcoin

PANews reported on June 9 that according to Cointelegraph, Netflix's UK and Ireland-authorized reality show "The House of Streams" will be launched on June 18. Eight Twitch anchors with a total of more than 4 million fans will compete for 1 Bitcoin (currently worth about $105,000). The producer of the show, Mark Holland, said that Bitcoin was chosen as the prize because "its specialness far exceeds cash or travel rewards." The official website of the show issued a statement on May 22, clarifying that it has nothing to do with a fraudulent memecoin project and emphasizing that "only Bitcoin is supported."
