The top five locked values are: Arbitrum One (19.63 billion US dollars, up 4.95% on the 7th); Base (15.59 billion US dollars, up 10.6% on the 7th); OP Mainnet (7.82 billion US dollars, up 6.21% on the 7th); ZKsync Era (1.27 billion US dollars, up 7.5% on the 7th); Blast (1.06 billion US dollars, down 10.6% on the 7th).
