PANews reported on April 9 that according to a news release from the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government, at a signing ceremony hosted by Hong Kong Financial Secretary Paul Chan and held by the Office of Key Enterprises yesterday, Web3 leading security company CertiK officially became a key enterprise partner of the SAR Government.
As the only company focusing on blockchain security among the 18 signed companies, CertiK will rely on its experience in protecting $530 billion in digital assets to provide a full-cycle security solution for the development of Hong Kong's financial technology. Chief Technology Officer Dr. Li Kang said that he will be committed to setting an industry benchmark for virtual asset compliance audits, contributing to the development of related industries, and enhancing Hong Kong's global competitiveness. It is reported that CertiK co-founder Gu Ronghui and Chief Technology Officer Li Kang are both members of the Hong Kong Web3 Development Task Force; CertiK has previously conducted joint security training with Hong Kong Cyberport, and its stablecoin regulatory recommendations have been adopted by the Hong Kong government.
