PANews reported on December 13 that according to Ember’s monitoring, Binance announced the launch of $VELO 1 hour ago. Within 1 minute after the announcement, an address used 100 ETH (about $390,000) to buy 2.45 million VELO at a price of $0.159. Subsequently, the price of VELO quickly doubled, and the funds in the address increased from $390,000 to $820,000.
