PANews reported on October 29 that according to on-chain analyst Ember’s monitoring, 50 minutes ago, Vitalik Buterin transferred 100 ETH to each of the four addresses, worth $1.027 million. Among them was the UHF fund, which should be Vitalik’s donation to some organizations/institutions.
