PANews 6月16日消息，据CoinDesk报道，资管巨头贝莱德旗下的iShares周四下午向美国SEC提交了成立比特币现货ETF的文件。文件显示，该基金将被命名为“iShares比特币信托(iShares Bitcoin Trust)”，其资产“主要由代表该信托的托管人持有的比特币组成”。文件中称，托管人为加密交易所Coinbase。尽管美国证券交易委员会（SEC）批准了一些比特币期货ETF，但它拒绝了所有资管公司的比特币现货ETF申请，包括Grayscale、VanEck和WisdomTree。贝莱德是全球最大的资产管理公司，管理的资产超过10万亿美元。
