PANews reported on December 19 that the Eigen Foundation announced that it has donated 1% of the total supply of EIGEN tokens to the Protocol Guild and publicly disclosed the hash address of the transfer to support the continued development of Ethereum Layer 1 research and development. The organization has more than 180 members distributed in 29 teams and is the core force of Ethereum's growth and sustainability.

Last week, the Eigen Foundation pledged to donate 1% of the EIGEN supply to the Ethereum development team Protocol Guild .
