PANews reported on February 27 that, according to Lookonchain monitoring, in the past four days, another mysterious newly created wallet (0x83C0) transferred 5,263 ETH (US$10.4 million) through NEAR Intents cross-chain transfer and exchanged them for 2,000 XAUT.
