The platform has partnered with UNICEF to provide blockchain and digital skills training to 300,000 young people worldwide, with women expected to participate in 90% of the program.

Within the company, Bitget currently has approximately 40% of its senior management positions held by women, and has established a performance-based promotion system. The latest internal assessments show that many of the top-performing employees are women, reflecting a talent development culture that prioritizes ability and performance.
