PANews reported on March 30th that, according to on-chain analyst Willy Woo, traditional on-chain models suggest a potential bottom for Bitcoin between $46,000 and $54,000. The CVDD bottom model he cited currently values the price at $45,500. The analysis points out that capital stored on the Bitcoin network has been continuously flowing out since last November. Willy Woo also cautioned that these models are based on data from only four past bear markets, all of which occurred within the context of a long-term bull market for global risk assets. If this macroeconomic foundation collapses, the market could enter an unprecedentedly deep bear market.
