PANews reported on April 1st that, according to Cointelegraph, two Arizona crypto bills have passed the House Rules Committee and are about to go to the full House for a vote. SB1042 allows state funds to invest up to 10% of their capital in cryptocurrencies, while SB1649 would establish a digital asset reserve fund.
