PANews reported on April 2nd that Tencent issued an apology and compensation statement regarding the login issues with WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy. Tencent stated that at 09:10 today (April 2nd), they detected login problems for some domestic users. The team intervened immediately and handled the issue urgently. The problems were gradually resolved by 11:45, and the service has now fully returned to stability. Tencent expressed its deepest apologies for the outage and will compensate all affected domestic users with 1000 Credits. These credits will be issued within two business days; please log in to the "Usage Management" page before 24:00 on April 30th to claim them.
