Arc opens its testnet nodes and launches a bug bounty program.

PANews reported on April 9 that Circle's stablecoin settlement network, Arc, announced an open network just before its mainnet launch: its Testnet code is now open source, allowing developers to build their own Arc testnet nodes, audit and test the code; at the same time, Arc launched a bug bounty program on HackerOne to encourage security researchers and developers to discover and submit potential security issues in order to enhance network security and stability before the mainnet launch.
