PANews reported on April 14th, citing Cointelegraph, that Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse stated at the Semafor World Economic Summit that he remains optimistic about the CLARITY Act. He pointed out that when people are extremely frustrated, that's when compromises are finally reached, and he believes we are currently at that point.
