The US government is implicated in the Bitfinex hack, which involved the transfer of nearly 8.2 BTC from an address to Coinbase Prime.

PANews reported on April 16th that, according to Arkham data, at 22:48, the US government-marked wallet "Bitfinex Hacker Seized Funds" saw two transfers, moving approximately 7.998863 BTC (about $591,900) and 0.196680 BTC (about $14,500) to a Coinbase Prime Deposit address respectively. These funds originated from Bitfinex-related hacker assets that have already been seized by law enforcement and may be used for escrow or disposal procedures.
