The Smart Chain Real Capital Hong Kong RWI Summit Concludes Successfully: AI×RWA Integration Opens a New Chapter for the Industry

The summit, themed "Catalyzing the Future of AI and Real Assets," focused on the deep integration of AI and RWA (Real World Assets).

Hong Kong, April 19, 2026 – The “Smart Chain Real Assets · Hong Kong RWI Summit,” a core side event of this year’s Web3 Festival, successfully concluded at Runwei Innovation Center. The summit, themed “Catalyzing the Future of AI and Real Assets,” focused on the deep integration of AI and RWA (Real-World Assets). It was hosted by ENI Network, co-organized by UAQC, and jointly undertaken by Web3Labs and Techub News, with strong support from Picwe, Bitroot, MagnetX, and Z Oracle.

Summit Core: AI×RWA Convergence Defines the Future of Industry

The summit focused on in-depth discussions surrounding "AI Empowering the Evolution of the RWA Ecosystem." In his opening remarks, Web3Labs CEO Caspar pointed out that the combination of Web3 and AI is reshaping the next generation of digital infrastructure, providing core support for asset tokenization and compliance.

Arion, founder and CEO of ENI Network, delivered a keynote speech titled "From Assets to Systems: The Next Stage of RWA × AI Agent × Payment Infrastructure," proposing that RWA is upgrading from a single asset mapping to system-level infrastructure—relying on AI agents to achieve an intelligent closed loop of payment settlement, liquidity management, and cross-border compliance, which will become an important part of the global financial market. Echo Zeng, CEO of UAQC, spoke on "AI-Driven: The Era of Proactive Self-Sustaining for RWA," emphasizing that with AI empowerment, the RWA ecosystem can form a self-sustaining cycle through intelligent asset management and risk optimization, driving the industry from conceptual consensus to value consensus.

Major Implementations: Global Acceleration Plan and Strategic Agreement Signed

The summit yielded two key achievements: the Web3Labs×ENI Global Acceleration Program was officially launched, and ENI Network and Edfin Financial signed an institutional-grade RWA strategic cooperation agreement.

This $1 million accelerator program focuses on Web3 and AI innovation projects, providing funding, resources, and globalization support. ENI Network founder Arion, Web3Labs CEO Caspar, and Hong Kong Legislative Council member Ng Kit-chung jointly witnessed the launch ceremony, demonstrating dual recognition from both industry and policy perspectives. The program will prioritize supporting AI×RWA×Web3 convergence projects, helping startups quickly connect with global capital and ecosystem resources.

Concurrently, ENI Network and Edfin Financial signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement on Institutional-Grade RWA and Digital Asset Vault". The two parties will combine ENI's RWA×AI Agent technology advantages with Edfin Financial's traditional financial expertise to create a safe and compliant digital asset vault solution for institutional investors, and promote the deep integration of RWA and traditional finance.

Ecosystem Expansion: OkayJob Launch and Talent Infrastructure Completion

At the summit, Suki, Vice President of Web3Labs, announced the official launch of OkayJob (https://okayjob.ai), a Web3+AI talent infrastructure platform. Through AI-powered career avatar technology, the platform transforms real-world contributions from open-source communities and projects into structured competency proofs, connecting global universities and Web3+AI institutions to build an efficient, information-gap-free talent collaboration network and strengthen the talent infrastructure for ecosystem development.

Industry Resonance: High-Level Dialogue Builds Consensus

The summit featured several high-level dialogue sessions. Alma, founder of TechubNews, and Liu Haoran, Chairman of Ruikai Group China, engaged in a fireside chat on "New Investment Standards in the AI Era"; PANONY & PANews CEO Sunny Ng moderated a panel discussion on "AI Evolution," with guests from Microsoft, Bitget, and others exploring opportunities in the evolution of the AI ecosystem; and UAQC CEO Echo Zeng, along with industry representatives from Picwe and Plume, reached a deep consensus on "RWA Value Discovery and Ecosystem Co-construction."
