Meta has reached a massive agreement with Amazon to use Amazon products for AI development.

PANews reported on April 24 that, according to the Wall Street Journal, Meta Platforms (META.O) and Amazon (AMZN.O) have reached a multi-billion dollar agreement that will take effect over the next few years. Under the agreement, the social media company will use tens of millions of Amazon Web Services (AWS) Graviton chip cores to power its AI agent and other AI initiatives. Amazon Vice President Bashara stated that the deal is for a period of three to five years, and the majority of the tens of millions of AWS Graviton cores will be located in the United States.
