PANews reported on April 28th that, according to The Block , stablecoin issuer Tether is collaborating with Bitcoin mining rig manufacturers Canaan and ACME Swisstech to develop a new modular Bitcoin mining infrastructure. This system, centered around application-specific hash board modules, separates computing power, power supply, and chassis structure. Tether integrates the control architecture, heat dissipation, and software stack, employing immersion cooling to reduce energy consumption and maintenance costs while improving availability. Tether also recently disclosed its investment in mining finance company Antalpha and open-sourced its self-developed Bitcoin Mining OS .
Tether has partnered with Canaan to develop a modular Bitcoin mining system, strengthening its self-operated computing infrastructure.
