PANews reported on April 29th that, according to Cointelegraph, US Senator Cynthia Lummis responded to concerns about the developer protection provisions of the CLARITY Act, stating that she is working to improve the provisions. She added that she is committed to protecting developers who do not transfer funds, while also holding perpetrators accountable.
