PANews reported on May 8th that the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission, and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology jointly issued the "Implementation Opinions on the Standardized Application and Innovative Development of Intelligent Agents." The document defines intelligent agents as artificial intelligence systems possessing autonomous perception, memory, decision-making, interaction, and execution capabilities, and proposes four principles: safety and controllability, standardized and orderly development, innovation-driven development, and application-led development. The "Implementation Opinions" focus on technological foundations, security governance, industry standards, and application promotion, covering 19 typical application scenarios including scientific research, industry, consumption, people's livelihood, and social governance, promoting the construction and large-scale implementation of the intelligent agent industry ecosystem.
