PANews reported on May 8th that China Mobile announced at the 2026 Mobile Cloud Conference the formation of the "Token Application Ecosystem Alliance" in conjunction with eight partners, including Alibaba Cloud, Volcano Engine, and Huawei Cloud. The alliance also signed cooperation agreements with institutions such as the Hebei Provincial Department of Government Affairs, the China Academy of Building Research, 360 Group, Lenovo Baiying, and iFlytek. The alliance leverages the MoMA model aggregation platform to build a unified service portal for domestically developed AI models. China Mobile also partnered with Volcano Engine to jointly release the "Mobile Engine Confidential Model Service," which provides high-performance confidential inference capabilities based on end-to-end confidential computing technology and the Seedance 2.0 large model.
